Kristen & Connor’s mountain + Brazilian Reception
Of all the amazing things about Kristen and Connor, the most amazing thing is how many awesome people they’ve attracted in to their lives.
K&C got married in Florida in 2020, so this was a big reception party to FINALLY celebrate with friends & fam. Kristen’s Brazilian family came (FROM BRAZIL) which was awesome. They made a zillion of the most delicious little candies that I have ever eaten, omg.
They went with the flow, from a snafu at Jump Off (someone had booked for an elopement and we didn’t know! oops!) to a spontaneous rain shower.. they were awesome.
Dr. Kristen (yes, that’s right she’s a DOCTOR) and Mr. Dr. Connor are moving away from NC soon, and i’m grateful that I got to meet them and take some photos of their friends & fam before they left.
Also, they’re extremely well traveled and honeymooning in Vietnam.
Someone hire me to photograph your honeymoon, please. I’ll take all the photos and they’ll be insane. Seriously.
One other things is that their animals are named after characters from the show “Avatar the last Airbender” and my family is OBSESSED with this show. I had my own “Momo” purse (he’s the main character Aang’s little lemur pet) and Kristen was gracious enough to take a shot with it for me, lol.
I ALSO shot little videos the whole day and made a one minute video just for fun, and i’m really happy with it. I think i’ll start doing more of these! It’s a vertical video that can be shared on reels and easily enjoyed on a phone screen (cause it’s verticallll) and I loved making it. I’ll try to get it posted in this blog so you can see it too!
